Our Story

It's Personal

Founders Deborah and David have spent most of their working lives in Law, HR, recruitment and service roles and in SGR Legal they’ve had the opportunity to pour all the ‘lessons learned’ into the development of a very new breed of recruiter.

Chief lesson is that every prospective employee and every firm is an individual or team of individuals; they’re not numbers, they’re people and that’s why SGR Legal’s whole approach is very personal, very high-touch. The more you know, the better you understand, the stronger the fit when you bring people together.
